Stayed here with friends for a spring skiing trip to PCMR. Overall this worked well for our group - a few things to be aware of for future guests: as others have mentioned, the ladder and handrails to the loft are not very sturdy. Also, if you are skiing and not planning to rent a car, you will need to Uber everywhere. The walk to the bus line is 10+ min and across the 4 lane highway, so not really feasible in ski gear. Otherwise, the space looks like the pictures although a little smaller and cozier, is super clean, and instructions are super clear checking in/out!

The only thing that cause slight hesitation to book was that our flight landed very late and check in had a set time. I wanted to confirm that it would be ok for a late check in. My message went to the company. After a few back and forth messages where I was told to reach out to the local person after I book, I took the chance. Because what happens to my non refundable reservation if it wasn’t possible? Turns out worry for nothing. The local person was so kind and said not an issue. Was self check in anyway. Totally reassured me. And the place looked like a spa after a long travel day! Couldn’t think of a thing we needed that wasn’t available. We didn’t get to take advantage of all of the amenities since we were out a lot but Beds were very amazing after a long day out. The loft was super cute, but it did get warm up there and we ended up not using. Hated to mess up the bed for one night. They even had a little sled we were able to use! Don’t think twice about booking

An excellent rental that matched the description and photos perfectly. This rental is in the Newpark subdivision of Park City, which is close to Whole Foods, a Smiths, and several fast food restaurants. We chose this location because it was equidistant to both Deer Valley and Park City Mountain, as we and the other couple we traveled with had opposite passes. Easy uber to the lifts (About $22 each way). Excellent townhome and amenities. Kitchen amenities and utensils were top notch. Coffee bar was killer (with pods, filters, sugar, etc etc). Hot tub was warm and the deck even had an electric warming mat! Many small details were thought of and we were very pleased with the stay. Immaculate cleanliness, and I am a neat freak! My only comment is that the two bedrooms, if you re sharing equally with another couple, are pretty asymmetrical. While both have en-suite bathrooms, one bedroom is substantially smaller and has a queen size bed and the other is larger with a king sized bed.
