This is an amazing place for a long-term stay for summer interns! The location is amazing - close to the highway and also very safe. A cleaning lady comes in every week to tidy up the kitchen and the house felt like home. Nicole is an amazing host - she's very responsive, proactive, extremely nice and understanding. The only thing I would note is that the walls are very thin so it can get noisy from other residents or the train that runs nearby, but it wasn't a huge problem for me. Nicole is very good at communicating through troubles with other residents if there are ever any issues. Everyone in the house is usually nice and respectful to others! I would highly recommend staying here and definitely will be back myself if the chance arises.

I paid $2350 for 27 nights in room 4. The place is nice and clean and all but there’s 8 other people staying there. Mostly old tech bros. You share the house with 8 other people and so privacy, even in your own room, can be difficult to obtain. You hear everything everywhere. You have to do laundry at very specific hours and you have no control over the thermostat so if it’s really hot or cold you can’t change anything because you’re living with 8 other people. And the room is tiny as hell. The shower and the bathroom are tiny as hell. I could barely stand and turn in a 360 degree circle in the shower, that’s how tiny it was. I paid $2300/ for 27 night and I feel like it was the biggest rip off ever. Originally they wanted to charge me $3300 but luckily I got a partial refund back but still, I wouldn’t recommend staying here. Go somewhere with bigger rooms and bathrooms and more privacy and not sharing a space with 8 other freaking people.

William's place is excellent. Clean, private, safe, and has all the amenities I was looking for. The kitchen has 2 stoves, 2 refrigerators and lots of equipment. I would recommend Williams place.

Very new, cozy and clean room. Have to stay thru during the thanksgiving weekend. William and Nicole even prepared the chocolate for everyone :)
