We are in the heart of “La Villa”, the oldest neighbourhood of Ayamonte, which coexists on one side with the Guadiana River and its spectacular views of neighbouring Portugal and on the other with a typically Andalusian setting where whitewashed houses and charming streets make the traveler enjoy an immersive experience in traditional Andalusian life. A way of life where people welcome visitors with the hospitality that characterises border towns can be noticed in the atmosphere. On the other side of the neighbourhood, which overlooks the river, a new pedestrian promenade has recently been built and it is worth highlighting that an effort has been made to restore the natural environment, making a riverside stroll an experience for all the senses.

We are located in an area with direct access from the motorway and a private parking space on request.
A 5-minute walk along the new boulevard, which offers spectacular views over the river La Guadiana and Portugal, takes you straight to the center of Ayamonte.
The direct access to the international bridge makes this location an ideal place for excursions to the neighbouring Portuguese Algarve, with Faro airport at a distance of only 54 kilometers.
The beaches of Isla Canela are a 10-minute drive away. We emphasise at this point that you can get directly from the accommodation to the paradisiacal beaches of Ayamonte, enjoying a pleasant 25-minute ride, using the recently constructed cycle paths.
