The appartement has a good location, considering how big Barcelona is. We used taxi to go from the apartment to our places of interest. We had an issue with the check in though. The policy of the host is to check in by 4:00 pm and in our case even that the apartment was available and cleaned (we met the maid that was just finishing the cleaning at around 2:00 pm) they didn’t give us the entry code to access the apartment until it was 4:00 pm, staying so strictly to their policy which I don’t get in this case why 🤔 We had to wait 2 hours in front of the apartment for nothing, just because the policy says so! Then inside the apartment nothing looked like in the photos. No light, really dark apartment. It had really old furniture. Very small bathrooms and bad odors. No slippers even after we asked for them. Old windows with no isolation at all, you could hear all the noise street. Overall it was both worth the money that we paid. Very expensive for what you get!

very nice apartment, well-equipped, close to the metro, great for a larger group for a quick city break. photos slightly improved compared to reality, a few things need to be refreshed, but the overall impression is very good :)

Nice little spot, clean and in a lovely little area of eixample. Perfect for anything event wise at FIRA too.

Location was great, Allison was great and so responsive with anything we needed. Apartment is a little dated, bathrooms could do with a refresh and more mirrors needed. Overall, a pleasant stay & would recommend.
