I would highly recommend this place with easy access to public transportation and grocery shop like billa shop nearby. For someone who comes for meeting or training at IAEA this place was the perfect place for you.thank you for making my stay so memorable

Appartement de belle grandeur situé à quelques pas des Nations Unis et du métro. S’y trouve aussi toutes les commodités requises pour un long séjour. On peut faire de longues marches sur le bord de l’eau et même aller prendre un verre les pieds dans le sable de la plage Copa. L’appartement mériterait un peu de travaux, mais je comprends que Jay avait déjà planifié le tout au moment de mon départ. J’y retournerais avec plaisir.

I stayed in this apartment for 3 months with my wife and 5-year-old son. The size is ideal for 3 people. The apartment is great for longer stays or even for short stays. The location is excellent, very close to the U1 metro, next to the Vienna International Center, and with the additional benefit of having the Danube Park behind the building. The heating, which is very important to me as I'm from Brazil, works very well and even with the heater off, the apartment remains comfortable (I visited in winter). Additionally, Jay is an excellent host, always very attentive and careful. He prepared a very detailed guide from how to get to the apartment to tips on what to do in the city. Every time I needed him, he always responded quickly. I have nothing to complain about, you can rent with Jay without worry. I know that problems can happen, but Jay is always willing to resolve them quickly.
