This 400 square foot granny unit over our garage has beautiful wood floors, granite counters, stainless steel appliances (no washer/dryer) New HVAC unit, air filters, new water heater with chlorine filter. This space has a great deal of natural light, windows are well placed as to not see into neighbors windows. (Black out curtains on windows if light needs to be blocked) Must be able to climb a flight of stairs to access. Dedicated off street parking for one vehicle This loft unit shares no walls with any living quarters. It is within a 4 min walk to downtown Cotati, which has shops and restaurants. 5 min drive to two laundromats. 15 min walk to an organic grocery store with the BEST cheese, beer, and wine selections. There’s also a 3 mile walking path along the creek at the end of the cul de sac in our neighborhood. 1 min walk to the park with picnic tables and sand volleyball court. 8 min walk to another park with playground and dog park.

Christa's place was great! The space was comfortable, very clean, and well equipped. Check in was a breeze. We only stayed two nights, but I would have loved to be there for longer! Would definitely stay again.
This place was great! I used it as a launchpad to an event I attended in Sebastopol and it was perfect for that. The space was clean and sunny, walkable to the coffee shop, a bit more to Oliver's and overall great.
Christa's place felt like home away from home. Everything was wonderful from the comfortable bed, the well appointed kitchen, and especially the great water pressure in the shower (nice hot water too!). The location was perfect. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. Everything was spotless. I really did feel right at home. I highly recommend and plan on coming back in the future!
This was our 3rd time staying at Christa’s place. It’s our “home” when we come to visit our daughter at Sonoma State University. The location is perfect distance from the university and walking distance to our favorite market, Oliver’s.
This was one of the nicest Airbnb's I've ever stayed. It started with driving into a charming neighborhood, with pride of ownership demonstrated on the streets and homes. A few places to eat or drink were short walks away along Redwood Hwy. The parking spot which backed up right near the stairway up to the guest house made unpacking the car easy. I felt my car was very safe there. Walking through the door, with the windows open, sunshine and fresh air streaming through, the air purifier on, the nice furniture with splashes of color everywhere, and the pristine appliances and fully appointed kitchen made me feel very happy and welcome. I felt peaceful and finally was able to exhale for a few days. The nest thermostat, the lighting, and the TV's were all beautifully programmed for ease of use. The bed was super comfy and the bathroom and the shower head were delightful and had everything you needed. Written interactions with Christa were all lovely exchanges. Don't miss this one!
