Perfect location, great apartment, modern, get with great character, full with amenities. Dick was always proactive, super friendly, and even got us flowers.

Great location to explore beautiful Utrecht. Also so easy to get to Amsterdam and pretty much all of Netherlands with great train connectivity.

I’d never been to the Netherlands from the states before, and read that staying outside Amsterdam was the way to go. After staying in Utrecht at Dick’s place I couldn’t be more satisfied with my decision! Dick is within walking distance of it all- amazing restaurants and bars, adorable shops (hello blackfish vintage), the Dom, winding canals, and the culture boat (iykyk). Not to mention an easy 10 minute walk to Utrecht Centraal which gets you quite literally anywhere you want to go. The house was clean and the laundry in unit was a blessing for a traveller :). Complimentary coffee and bath products were a nice touch. Very comfortable. My only note is that there is not much privacy within the house between the bedrooms, as there is just a sheer curtain and a glass wall separating the two bedrooms. Overall great stay! Thank you Dick!

We found this place perfect for a little family reunion in utrecht. Dick is a fab host and the location is perfect.
