The place was very clean and nice! It was a great experience! They should just change their door handles as they were having some issues, but other than that, it was perfect. The owner is really responsive. He always picked my call within seconds and provided me whatever I needed. Thanks Usman!

Usman Needs serious efforts to maintain his place. My family stayed there for two nights and we found a number of issues including broken bed, water issue, broken plate of microwave and also cleanliness issue . However, usman remained very responsive during this time I do not think it is worth paying at least it needs a good maintenance

I stayed with Usman for two nights. The place is at prime location to access Islamabad all sectors. Its peaceful and not much crowded. Good place for families. Delta is Markaz is not on walking distance so you need a bike or car. Plumbing issues are there as most of taps and showers are plugged. Bedding also need improvement as blankets are old and need to wash or replaced.

My recent stay at Usman’s place was absolutely delightful. From the warm welcome from Waqas, who was already waiting for us when we arrived, to the impeccable amenities, everything was perfect. His staff helped up with our bags and Waqas gave us a nice tour of the place. The elegant decor and attention to detail created a peaceful and luxurious atmosphere. The location was ideal, centrally located and with great access to everything from Centaurus Mall, Jinnah Super, and Blue Area etc. The host's excellent communication and genuine care made the experience even more memorable. Usman and Waqas both were superb. I highly recommend this place for an extraordinary stay!
