If you need a place to stay in Durham look no further! David’s amazing home was the PERFECT place for our stay in Durham for our daughter’s graduation from Duke. The location was great and very close to campus and downtown Durham. The house itself was absolutely pristine and looked newly renovated. The kitchen is gorgeous and extremely well equipped with everything you would need to feel at home. The bedrooms and bathrooms were very nicely appointed and mattresses super comfortable. There’s a lovely back deck with seating that looks out over a beautiful private yard. Perfect spot for enjoying a glass of wine on a warm evening. But the real standout of this Airbnb is without question its host. David went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful, including leaving flowers and a thoughtful graduation card for our daughter! Such a nice touch. He was accessible and very communicative. We have no cons about this lovely home and hope to return next year for another graduation!

Our daughter got married in Durham this weekend, so we wanted a place where we could have friends and family gather during the several days we were in town. Location near downtown was perfect, place was brand new and super clean, check-in and out were easy, communication was excellent. We especially enjoyed sitting on the deck in back overlooking the nice yard. The property backs up to a park, so there are lots of trees. This was my first Airbnb experience and I didn't quite know what to expect, but it was really great--

Great, fully stocked home that is close to downtown. The surrounding area seems to be revitalizing and was very quiet at night. David responded timely when notified that the thermostat was locked and remotely unlocked that for us (It was warm during the day and cooler at night). There wasn't a closet in the main floor bedroom to hang up our clothes, so we had to use the upstairs closets. Would definitely recommend.
