One of my best experiences was staying here, the space is completely calm, clean, all the necessary facilities for comfort, and the kitchen space was fully functional, and I am very grateful to the owner for always providing me with everything I needed as soon as possible made it available to me and thanks for all the landlord's kindness during this timeI do.

the host was really friendly, and respectful with me. he was always one text away from anything i needed, and he always came through. i wanted to thank mr shey for welcoming me for my 2 month stay and making me feel comfortable during it.

Right from the start there was an issue with loud slamming noises which came directly from the top of the unit where Oluseyi and their family lives. It was never fully addressed up until the end of the reservation and despite showing recordings of the same and Oluseyi eventually having to acknowledge them (he initially denied they even existed), he always tried to justify them, which I found unacceptable, given how often and how hard the slamming was. I had to buy recording equipment plus noise db monitor to document issue, some of the slamming were up to 70 db on the noise scale, which is the equivalent of a leaf blower being right next to you, which is harmful to human hearing. On top of this, there was also an issue with a very noisey gathering which the owner allowed to occur at the property and which only ended after I complained and needed to involve Airbnb which were able to eventually partially refund for those nights.
