Ahoy Welcome to Knot 4 Sail. An ABNB yacht, fully equipped for a unique boat stay. The boat MUST stay at the dock in the new marina in downtown Panama City minutes away from shops, restaurants bars, even a micro brewery. A short walk to the courthouse and a 10 minute drive to both major hospitals. A short walk to bay beaches and 20 minute drive to the white sand beaches of the gulf. Full electric galley, A/C and heat, wifi sleeps 4 max. Enjoy a coffee or a glass of wine on the fly bridge. There is a queen bed in the forward stateroom, 2 bunks in the bunk room and a full size futon in the salon, an electric galley, electric head with walk in shower. 2 smart TVs and wifi

We had a wonderful time. We would definitely stay here again! The neighbors at the marina were so friendly and the area was beautiful. Very unique experience!!
Very sweet host! Place was so cute and perfect! Walking distance to bars/restaurants and beautiful sunset view! Will def be back!!!
It was my family’s and my first time staying on a boat and it was a great experience!! Dawn has trinkets that really personalized the trip for us (coloring books for all ages, reading books for toddlers, leisure reading for adults, magazines and local attractions). We survived a pretty bad rainstorm the second night and had a nice breezy evening the first night. All in all, it was an amazing stay and will definitely be returning!!! (…Without the kids 😂😂)
Didn’t get to spend the full amount of time here due to a situation that occurred. Dawn handled it very well and quickly and refunded me with no issues.
