Wow, where do I start?! What a beautiful peaceful place and Andrew and his Wife are the loveliest of hosts. They made us all feel so welcome, giving us a tour of the private garden with its lake and grounds. My children loved seeing the many animals and birds. The welcome bottle of bubbly was also very appreciated! Accommodation was spotlessly clean, very comfy and more than spacious enough for us with 2 adults and 2 children. It has it's own garden and bbq for guests' use. Andrew kindly made sure we had everything we needed with little ones in tow. Located well away from any roads/noise, there is peace and quiet set in the most magnificent of places. We can't wait to return!

A hidden gem, far from noise of passing traffic, in beautiful grounds. Andrew was so helpful and friendly, the apartment was far better than the pictures! So spacious, with little touches included such as a tray with tea, coffee and biscuits, and a pint of milk in the fridge. We loved our walk through the gardens to Bucklers Hard. We’d love to return, to the tranquility and the gorgeous wood burner!

Andrew gave us clear instructions on how to find this amazing property, which really helped and a warm welcome when we arrived. This 1st floor accommodation is much larger than expected from the photos. The many windows look out onto greenery creating a calm and relaxing space. Comfortable beds and a well equip kitchen made for a 5 star stay. We will be visiting again as we did not have a chance to enjoy Andrew’s offer of a tour of his extensive grounds. Many thanks Andrew

We had a lovely few days at Andrew's place. We walked from the flat to Beaulieu two days running and enjoyed the local cafes. We also visited Exbury Gardens. Andrew made us feel right at home and we enjoyed our tour of the gardens and seeing the goslings. It was so peaceful there. Just what we needed with everything we needed provided. We really hope to visit again sometime.
