Passamos 2 meses e meio hospedamos na casa de Dave e Mirela e amamos. Me senti literalmente em casa. Os anfitriões são extremamente simpáticos e solícitos, estavam sempre dispostos a nos ajudar e conseguíamos nos comunicar com muita facilidade. Fomos muito bem recebidos, chegamos cansados com um bebê e tínhamos tudo que precisávamos de imediato.A casa era muito bem equipada, tinham mais coisas do que esperávamos. O condomínio é ótimo, tranquilo e bem localizado para quem precisa estar no centro. Foi um prazer ficar nessa casa, com certeza voltaria e indicaria. Obriga Mirella e Dave pela excelente hospedagem!
The apartment was perfect for my five week stay in San Diego. It is fully equipped with everything you need. I felt comfortable right away. It also has access to various amenities such as a pool, gym and sauna. The area was quiet and the apartment was very clean. The contact with the hosts worked very well and smoothly. From the beginning they were extremely attentive and helpful. They answered all my questions promptly and gave me valuable tips for the area. Many thanks to the host for this great experience! I would be happy to recommend this accommodation to others.
My boyfriend and I had an amazing stay at Mirella and Dave’s apartment. The unit itself is very clean, spacious, and fully equipped with everything you need for a long stay. I appreciated the in-unit laundry and large TVs. The building also had a lot of amenities we found very useful like a gym and hot tub/pool. The location was the ultimate highlight due to the walkability of the area/proximity to little Italy and Gaslamp. Highly recommend!

Mirella and Dave are outstanding hosts with a beautiful apartment. We loved their place - it’s modern, nicely decorated, and in perfect location. Everything in the apartment worked as we hoped. We had an excellent time. The hosts are great communicators. We highly recommend to anyone.
