Tim’s place was nice, clean and quiet. He was quick to answer questions, make recommendations and assist when we need anything. He was a super host. The weather was not so good but we had a good time. Is wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Tim and Liz are truly SUPER hosts! They are so kind and caring. The area was hit by a winter storm on my last full day there and the power was out. They offered their house (possibly warmer), blankets, snacks, a lantern, a refund if I wanted to check out. Such nice people! The apartment was great, it stayed warm despite no power/heat. The space was immaculate and the bed was quite luxurious. Close to Albany, but feels like country. Stores are about 10-15 minutes away. Highly recommended.

Timothy’s apartment was perfect for our trip to the Albany area. Super clean, spacious, modern and in such a peaceful setting in the trees. Timothy was easy to communicate with and made sure we had everything we needed, even turning on all the outside lights for our late arrival so we’d be able to find our way easily. Hope to stay here again next time we’re in town visiting friends!

If you’re in the area, this place is so quiet! It was perfect for a class that brought me to this area. The bed was SUPER comfortable, the place was spotless, Tim even let me know the place was ready early. Definitely a place to come to relax in peace!
