David was an excellent host and responsive whenever I had a question. Roommates were friendly and kept to themselves, and communication was made if there ever was a problem. The location is close to a highway and about a 20 - 30 min drive to Denver. It had all the basic necessities that I was satisfied with.

Great place to stay, good and safe location. Roommates are nice and respectful. Quiet and relaxing. David is quick to respond to messages/questions/concerns.

The place was great. Close to my job. The people living in the house were nice. I will say that sharing a bathroom with 3+ people kind of sucks, but I enjoyed my stay here. Thanks again David.
