Some form of A/C in certain areas and a main water supply filter would be the primary upgrades for the place I’d recommend. Other than those, this place is better than the majority of high-end hotels

We loved our stay in this beautiful townhouse in Roma Norte. It’s a beautiful place with great furnishings and decorations, including the beautiful grand piano. Very close to MANY fabulous restaurants and very walkable to Condesa and the Parque. We really appreciated the list of “things to do” received from the host well in advance. Make sure to go to his recommendations - including Maximo Bistro (really the BEST vibe and FOOD we had during our trip). We absolutely loved the roof top terrace - both in the mornings and evenings it was perfect. The place is a bit off the main road, which means it’s very quiet. We felt VERY safe here. One of the reviews mentioned something about music over the weekend - I am very sensitive to noise and I didn’t hear a thing! The place was spotless and we appreciated the cleaners who came during our stay. Oh and the basement apartment is also wonderful - the person in our group staying there is around 5 feet 6 inches - and zero issues!

Gorgeously decorated home in a prime location with wonderful amenities both in the home and nearby. Santiago checked in to ensure we arrived well and had everything we needed. He also was quick to respond to questions and very friendly! As a designer myself, I loved the attention to detail and curated touches throughout. Truly a tasteful home designed with intention :)

Beautiful home! We very much enjoyed our stay. The host was very responsive and check out/check in was super easy. Walkable to all great restaurants in Roma Norte and easy to get places. The place had decorated the place beautifully and the host was super kind and even left fresh fruit during our stay for breakfast!
