Sequioa complex is newly built private complex offering self-catering apartments and studios 3 km away from the center of the resort. All of them with comfortable furniture. Located . The apartment is 2.6 km from Yastrebets Express. You can play tennis near the property, and the area is popular for skiing. Musala Peak is 11 km from the Apartment, while Sitnyakovo Express is 1.1 km away. An array of activities are offered in the area, such as horse riding and hiking. Apartment 3 is situated on the 1st floor . The apartment comfortably accommodates 4 people. Comprises living room with lounge with 3 seater sofa bed, dining-table for 4 people, flat screen TV . Smart fully equipped kitchen area with 2 hot plates, fridge, kettle, microwave, toaster, dish washing machine and a coffee maker . Bathroom with shower . Spacious bedroom with king size bed, ample storage. Balcony reveals wonderful view. The apartment is heated individually controlled electric radiators. Bedding and towels provided. Sofia Airport is 50 km from the property.

2km from the Rila (center and start of sku lifts) - nice walk through the wood...asfalt road) Everything in appaerment is new, fuctional and stylish.

OK place, we stayed for 10 days. Beds were comfotable and clean apartment. Coffee machine is a bonus. However, missing some simple touches like hangers in the wardrobes, spatulas for cooking in the pans or wooden spoons for saucpans. Sponges in the kitchen were all used, which was a little off putting. Photos had a sauna, which wasn't available. Hot water system leaked, ruining the toilet paper provided. We also had an unexpected mid-week clean - great in some ways as they replaced the ruined toilet paper and we got new towels but be nice if this was on the listing as we weren't expecting anyone entering that apartment. Good value for money compared to hotels nearer the lifts and town.
