The hotel is named Tekkaya and it is lovely. The hotel and the staff were excellent. The area it is located is full of history and walkable. The rooms are carved out of the hills at least on the back half, with the front in granite or limestone. Our room was beautiful.

Atacan's place (Tekkaya Hotel) is very well located just a few minutes from Goreme center but far enough of crowds noise and the room is just as described and the pictures. There are great restaurants, cafes and convenience stores around. There is a view point just in front of hotel and you can see balloon flights from the hotel terrace and even from your room window. Breakfast is great and enough to start exploring the town or do your tours with energy. Staff is kind and helpful all the time.

The overall stay was perfect 👌🏼 the place , location (walkable) and friendly, accommodating staff was made our stay felt at home . I wasn’t expecting that they are so nice , they greet you everyday during breakfast and smiled back. Unfortunately we didn’t experience the highlight of this trip hot air balloon & ATV due to bad weather , but they offered to us other activities that made our stay worthwhile. Definitely 💯 I’ll come back why not I could stay again here . If I could give beyond 5 stars certainly I will

The hotel and staff were kind, professional and hospitable. The cave hotel room was unique and comfortable. So exciting to see balloons right outside our window. We were there in March so the pool wasn't open. Breakfast was diverse and delicious with home made food with attention to detail. Eggs cooked to your choice. Parking was available out front for our rental car. Staff at the front desk very helpful in giving recommendations of where to explore . In particular we would like to mention Duggu, who was beyond helpful and whom we so enjoyed talking with her.
