Amazing location. Very cute and comfortable place. My only two concerns were (1) the WiFi never worked properly so I had to leave for a coffee shop with WiFi to get work done. (2) I noticed some ants. Otherwise, it was a lovely stay and I ended up staying longer than originally planned.

Everything everyone else has complimented Gracies on is absolutely true; Gracie’s place is a gem and she is a sweetheart. Loved my stay and was sad to go. I enjoyed going for long walks in the neighborhood which is very stately with fabulous, uniquely designed homes; architecturally interesting with magnificent landscaping. It’s very calm, quiet and peaceful both at Gracies and in the surrounding neighborhood. So nice and hard to find these days. Being emersed in beauty and calm is soothing to the soul. I would have liked to have stayed longer but sadly had to move on to my next destination.

I’d give Gracie’s place 10 stars if I could! My father stayed here for 3+ weeks with his dog while in town for a visit and absolutely loved it. Gracie and her pups are delightful hosts who made my dad feel right at home from the start. The guest house was comfy and spotlessly clean, with a big backyard separating it from the main house so there’s plenty of privacy and another private outdoor sitting area behind it. Perfect for one person or a couple visiting Redwood City or San Carlos and looking for a quiet stay on a tree-lined street.

Cute backyard studio apartment, in nice, quiet neighborhood. Very clean and and modern. Easy walk to coffee and food options. Gracie was responsive and helpful.
