The house was right on the lake with amazing views. For those awake early, the sunrises were spectacular. Restaurants on the river along with the public park/beach were about 15-20 min pleasant walk away with a grocery/liquor store only about 5 mins away - so the location was great. The house worked great for our party of 10 with the different parts of the house being used by all - the theater room and the game's garage were hits with the kids while the adults liked the comfy couches and the 'card' table with views of the lake. Bert was very quick to respond to questions with detailed answers - he was great at communication. Overall it was a wonderful stay and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking to stay in Huron, Oh.

Beautiful house right on the lake with lots of amenities. We loved spending time in the sunroom with the gorgeous view as well as in the theater room with the big screen! The house was clean and comfortable and the host was very responsive. Would definitely recommend!

Loved the views from this house! Sunroom/ bar area was our favorite spot to hang out inside. The outdoor area was amazing, having coffee in the Adirondacks, and playing corn hole games with the best backdrop. House was clean, beds and pillows were super comfortable! Bert was the best, responded immediately to a couple of questions that we had and talked to us about local spots and things to do during our stay. Great area, only 15 minutes from activities in Sandusky.

Great property truly unique. Great views, this place is also historical being about 100 years old with recent renovations. Would definitely book again!
