I absolutely adored Isabel and her handyman. She was kind and quick with responding to any concerns I ever had. Probably the most caring, accommodating, and hospitable I've ever had the pleasure of airbnb'ing with. The shower started leaking really badly, my first day there, and they literally showed up that day to check it out. and there was a broken window he replaced like the very next day. the shower didn't ever end up getting fixed, and then heat kept going out, unfortunately. but he was there to fix it every time. I still gave them all the stars, though, bc they deserve it ✨️ and once the repairs are completed, the home will be just as perfect as they are. 🫶
