Second time we have stayed here. Great location for all things Guildford with easy access to the rail station (40 mins to Waterloo). Flat has everything you need, including good wifi, parking space a bonus.

It is a good flat in a great location, the underground parking is nice. It is well enough equipped for some basic cooking or heating ready meals. Tea facilities are well stocked. My only complaint is that there was not much respect for my privacy during my stay. A few days into my stay, someone tried to get into the flat, no messages saying someone was coming, no knock on the door first. It was a bit shocking as I wasn’t expecting anyone and thought someone might be breaking in. A few days later, the first time I left the flat for any length of time, there was someone in the flat. I came back to find my personal items moved around. The host said it was the cleaner both times but whoever it was, I had personal items, my home office equipment and valuables in the flat that I would have put away or taken with me if I had known someone would be in the flat while I was away. The host felt justified entering at anytime without notifying me which I don’t feel is right.
