Thirteen of us stayed in deans house for my daughters 21st for two nites, we had an amazing time and a lot of that is down to this house. Every bedroom is ensuite so no fighting for the bathroom, beds are comfy and the rooms are airy and bright. The views from the master bedroom are fabulous and the jacuzzi bath a major plus. The downstairs of the house is like the gift that keeps on giving, from the pool room with the cinema screen that had a bar, to the piano room, and the well equipped kitchen that had absolutely everything that u could need. We never left the house at all for the weekend, there was no need because we had everything on site, in including a fab outside area! Dean and Carmel are lovely, even leaving flowers and Rosé for my daughter for her birthday. I had talked to Dean on the phone and met Carmel in person, great communication from both of them. Thanks for a great weekend and we'll defo be back!!.

Had a fantastic weekend in Captiva. Dean and Carmel were excellent hosts, communicative, friendly and welcoming. The house was unreal, spotless, homely, with plenty to keep the kids and adults happy. Will definitely be booking again.

Dean and Carmel were such welcoming hosts. The house was pristine when we got there and had everything we were looking for and more. We spent the weekend there with grandparents, 2 couples and 6 kids ranging in age from 9 to 16 and there was something for everyone. The cinema and games rooms were incredible and the outdoor space is great with tennis court, trampolines and hot tub. We would highly recommend this house and look forward to returning there again soon

We booked the house for a weekend for family as my brother and wife were over visiting from Australia. There's plenty of room for 12 people! The house is huge, amazing and clean. There was plenty to keep us entertained from the cinema room, pool table and bar to the jacuzzi! Dean and Carmel were very helpful and friendly and the whole experience was so easy from start to finish. Thank you Dean and Carmel for lending your beautiful home to us. We will certainly be back and will recommend your place to everyone we know.
