Host did not reply message and not pick up call when check in, i am waiting 30mins to get response. And when enter the building the security guard told pets is not allowed, and we got shock as we book also mention we do bring our pet. After few arguments, the security guard allow us to bring in and not allowed us to bring out our pets until we check out. The toilet have a very strong urine smell, the shower and basin are leaking, hair dryer also broken, luckily that's still have extra units to replace. Very difficult to get car park as that's public parking. The only good thing is the bed is comfortable. Overall experience is not so well, hopefully the host can invest some money to fix the problem.

Great room. Very clean, but not too much space. It should be alright for one person. I planned to stay an extra night. I waited a bit late to inform them and they then moved me to another room, which was only available for one more night. They didn’t inform me of this. So there was a lot of moving around. This was very inconvenient for me. Other than that, the rooms were great.
