A great space for 2-3 families or a group of friends to share for the weekend. We have 4 bedrooms and can sleep up to 15 guests max. (10 comfortable beds, 5 floor mattresses) - Each bedroom has its own bathroom. - 1 common bathroom outside the house. - An infinity pool (4 to 5 feet deep) (20 sqm) - Pet friendly with a pet fee of ₱2,000 per trip (max of 3 pets) - Fee of ₱1,300.00 per person after 10 pax. - Fee of ₱500.00 per person for visiting guests (after the number of pax you booked) - It’s very important to indicate/input the number of guests and how many pets you’re gonna bring. **Important** There’s a 15-minute rough road (earthen and kankar road) to go to our property. (If you are traveling from March to end of June) — There’s a temporary wooden bridge for cars to cross the river (₱100 toll fee per car) and you can park your car in the villa. However, (if you are traveling only from July to February) (during rainy season) — they dismantle the wooden bridge because of the strong current of the river and for safety purposes. The ONLY way for you to go to the villa: (during this season) (July to February) 1. You need to park and leave your car across the river. There’s a safe parking space there. Option A: Street parking with barangay security is just walking distance to the river. (₱100-150 per night). Option B: Gated parking with security is 8-10mins walk or 2 mins tricycle ride. (₱150-200 per night). 2. When you reached to the river, you need to ride a standing wooden raft (floating balsa) to cross. [about 30-45 seconds only] for ₱10.00-₱20.00 per person. **Kindly check the last photo on the gallery regarding the wooden raft (floating balsa).** 3. After you cross the river, you need to ride a 4-5 mins tricycle ride (₱60.00 if one person / ₱200.00 for 3 or more people). 4. Kindly use Waze to navigate to go to our property. (Do not use G-Maps)
