The rental is well stocked and should include everything you'd need for your stay (trash bags, paper towels, laundry soap, hand soap, etc). The unit includes 1 King Bed (Master), (2) full beds (Guest Bedroom) and 1 queen sleeper sofa. Due to health concerns linens are not provided; however we do provide blankets and pillows. Guest are responsible for removing all trash from the unit and placing it in the outside dumpster during the course of their stay. Rules: No parties, loud music, etc. will be tolerated. We ask that guests be respectful of noise when inside the unit and on the outside balcony. If the police are called to the unit we reserve the right to evict immediately, without refund. No refunds will be given due to unforeseen amenity closures. Please check with us as to whether or not certain amenities are open (pool) as we cannot guarantee what will be open during the offseason and due to the ongoing coronavirus pandemic. NO PETS ALLOWED per building rules, this includes service animals as well. If an animal is brought in without permission you will be evicted without a refund.
