Large 2 storey home spotlessly clean. Ratana build and engineered the house himself and you can see the high quality throughout Very large bedroom with large personal ensuite, with a huge tv in the bedroom. Ratana and his family are very welcoming and hospitable It's a 5 min walk to the train, shops and restaurants. Springvale is a Vietnamese suburb, with wonderful food and shops, as well as its own market with seafood and produce. The train takes about half an hour to the city

Ratana and his wife was an exceptional host and was very helpful for someone who had never been to Melbourne. Highly recommend staying here. The train station is near by for quick access to city within 20mins

ダブルベッドが1つと3人がけのソファーが2つの部屋でした。シャワーとトイレが宿泊者専用であるのは良かったです。歩いて15分ぐらいの場所に駅とスーパーがありました。キッチンは使えますが、食材、調味料は買う必要があります。寝泊まりするだけであれば十分ではと思います。
