Pros: Very clean place, All the pictures that you see on this website are very authentic and up to date. All lights, washing machine, dryer, and AC in working order. Towels, soaps, and conditioners. Walking distance to grocery stores, restaurants, beaches, etc. 24 hour concierge. Onsite grocery store & restaurant. Verify responsive and involved host. Cons: Some of the furniture and electronics are a bit dated, but work. Could use a little bit of tlc with the paint and cosmetics. A bit of corrosion and rust inside from the humidity.

Very nice apartment located in front of the beach. The apartment does need a little bit of maintenance in some areas but overall it was great. The building personnel were of great help. The pool is very big and it is heated as well, having a store in the same building were you can find groceries and other things of daily use is very useful.
