Benny was very quick to respond and provided clear instructions to check in. once you got into the house it had a peculiarsmell that comes from not having windows open and no ventilation. So we had to open them and get some cross ventilation going. Maybe Benny can take care of this before guests check in. The kitchen is fully equipped with plates, cups, bowls etc. In India maybe there's no need for carpets because it is difficult to keep clean. We did not know that there were other people checking into the upstairs unit (we thought it was a single family home) and you can easily hear the noise. The caretaker was very helpful, he brought breakfast and everything that we needed. The beds were not very comfortable.

The property is located very near to the city centre but at the same time in a calm and peaceful neighbourhood. Property was well maintained and contained all amenities which a family would need to stay. Benny, the host was very responsive. Caretaker Babu was really helpful and was there to assist for any support needed.

Benny is a great host. The house was clean and well equipped. We were provided with clean towels and individually packed toiletries. The location is very accessible. It is close to the Thrissur railway station. Uber or Ola taxi services are not available in Thrissur. Make sure your taxi is ready if you have luggage. Otherwise there are plenty of auto rickshaws in service. I would recommend this place!
