We had a mishap at the check-in when we were informed that the actual place we reserved was double booked. As a result, we stayed in a different flat one night. When the actual place became available, we checked to see that it is much better than the one we were staying so we moved upstairs. The first flat did not have a microwave oven, the master bedroom door could not be closed because the bed blocks the door, the bathroom did not have a heating system installed. The second place we moved into had all the missings things we had in the first rental. Although we were not happy for the hassle of moving after settling down, the front desk staff members were quite courteous so we quickly overcame our dissatisfaction and settled into our second flat and continued our vacation with my family of four. We quite liked the house, the location is great for exploring the city and going to ski resort by car. The grocery store next door is a great help for fixing dinner and breakfast at home.
