I had a great month staying in this apartment! It's got a great location a few minutes walk to a subte station and not far from all the bars and restaurants! Also some great parks for walking and running nearby! The apartment is nice and bright with a balcony looking over the street. The security guards are helpful and friendly. I would love to stay again in the future! 😎

I enjoyed my staying here . It felt like home , cosy, clean and safe . Big windows, a lot of space to keep your stuff , clean bathroom with huge amount of towels . Surprisingly the house had everything: from all kinds of kitchenware till dishwashing sponges ) The security downstairs helps you feel really save , they don’t allow any stranger to enter the porch Special thanks to the owner Ezequel , who answered all my questions and showed a lot of care Also thanks to the manager Migel and security who helped me to adapt in new country by answering all my “where, who, how” questions I believe that it’s worth to say about area also . Very nice touristic area with a lot of restaurants , cafe shops around , pharmacy and grocery shops are only few steps from home . Subway and bus station 2 min from home. And two beautiful parks are very near from home - a botanical garden and a zoo . I would recommend this place to everyone

Situated in a great area! The apartment itself is bigger than what the photos seem like. The kitchen had everything needed to cook. Would recommend this place to anyone looking for a long-term rental. I worked from the apartment and the Wi-Fi seemed somewhat reliable. Only had a bit of trouble with group video calls. Overall a great place! Also Ezequiel is a great host! He allowed a later check out since my flight was leaving in the evening. It really helped me out since I don’t know what I would have done with my luggage. Thank you!

Nice apartment. Feels a bit dark & gloomy on first entry but once the curtains are drawn back it is flooded with light. The apartment had everything I needed - a functional kitchen, a hot and powerful shower & a desk to work from. There is also access to a gym & a swimming pool. The gym is great & I had it to myself most days. The pool was in shade in the afternoons in February when I stayed but may not be at other times of the year. What I really appreciated was the 24 hour guard & the old fashioned key access. I stayed in an apartment in Recoleta before moving to Palermo where access was via a QR code on my phone and half the time the code wasn’t working. Check-in at Ezequiel’s was easy, The location is great with easy access to all the restaurants & bars of Palermo & several metros. I walked to Dan Telmo from there (90 minutes!) If I had any criticism & it’s a very small one it is that the bed linen looked and felt a bit tired. I would recommend Exequiel’s place. I hope to return.

I stayed here for two months, it was great for working remotely. There’s a pool, a sauna and a decent little gym. Definitely a good find with Palermo Soho mostly booked up in the high season.
