We truly hope you have a wonderful time while making yourself at home. We recently became the new owner of this home. When we first visited La Paz we just loved the feeling of a truly Mexican town with lot of identity for the Peace this place truly stands for. Our home is located on Las Colinas and aprox. 8 min from La Paz downtown and a quick golf cart drive from the amazing Puerta Cortes amenities such as the beach club, a world class marina and of course the most delicious culinary experiences you can delight yourselves. So please allow us to walk you through our home. You’ll access through the parking area in a neighborhood full of charm with the surrounding dessert and the ocean in the dept. Once you walk in you’ll love the spacious and natural light that comes through the terrace. This is one of our favorite places and we actually hang out a lot in this spot. Sometimes we overlook the golfers in a clear blue sky morning or we just sit by ourselves to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning and later a glass of wine at sunset. You just won’t believe the extraordinary sunsets we get all year round! Please feel free to use the kitchen at our convenience. We’ve done our best to make it as accomodating as we can so you can cook your favorite meal. We’ve also provided an electric stove, extracting hood and dishwasher. In the same floor you’ll find the first two bedrooms. One with queen size bed and amazing bay views. Second one is a bunk bed with a double size bed and a single bed on top. Works just great for the many families that come visit the community. Downstairs the master bedroom features a king size and Sea of Cortés views from its private terrace. This room also has a walk in closet and private bathroom with double sink and bathtub with views. So please be welcome to enjoy a long warm bath after a day at the beach. The fourth bedroom has been provided with two single beds and a private bathroom. The house is also provided with a laundry room with washer and dryer in the bottom floor. We'd also like to suggest some of the additional amenities in the area. We absolutely recommend you to schedule some time to enjoy a drink at sunset at Cardon Sunset Lounge at the Golf Clubhouse in Puerta Cortés Resort. You should definitely add to your list a coffee at Doce Cuarenta coffee shop In the marina (really gorgeous view!). And if you can give it a try to their empanadas. Not so far and totally recommended are the restaurants in the marina which we highly encourage you to visit at Sunset. First and highly praised is Azul Marino. The manager's name is Nilda and she's such a classy nice lady! And the staff is just super friendly. The chef's name is Cristina Kiewek and she's Nilda's daughter. She's a very well known an respected chef in the city. Their menu is about International cuisine. Following up next is La Taberna Restaurant featuring Spanish/mediterranean & tapas menu. If you are more into Japanese stop by at Odayaka next to the Hospitality Center. Sea food is of course local fresh catch and their menu is superb! The beach club is located at the end of the marina on the water side. You can rent SUP and kayaks at their Tiki Lounge. Last but not least and not part of the resort but very close by is the Pedregal de La Paz Tennis Center (amazing!) and some of the nicest beaches are very close by such as La Concha and Caimancito. These are the beaches local people recommend and visit.
