I had a bad experience with Winning, besides the place being stunning and really well decorated. The instructions on arrival was poor, hard to locate and in the middle of a motor home villa, but they list as a village. When I arrived we found cockroaches and had no water. Then we found out the water supply is BOAR water and just run by a small generator, to later discover that the it was malfunctioned. Took them about 5 hours to fix the issue, leaving us without a shower, toilet or cooking. It was a terrible way to start a holidays. They let us check out a bit later but on Sunday around midnight we lost power and didn’t have water again. I had to try reach out people and took about 2 hours to fix the issue again. We found out that the generator was short circuiting the mainboard. Overall was a big headache and 2 of 3 days I was worried about fixing a issue. My experience wasn’t good and I would not recommend their service, for the amount of money paid I consider a bad management

the place is spacious and nice to be in. We love the house, good money value The agent location is too far from the place to collect keys and return Communication via airbnb message is also too slow. We didnt even get out question answered Water quality is a big turn down. We couldnt even drink it after boiling After hour emergencies response is also slow

Great house for a family trip or a big group, very well located, clean and comfortable. The check in process could have been better as we had to collect the keys in a different location 15 minutes drive from the house.

we booked this accomodation for the 27 December to 31 December. on our arrival,there was skip bin full of garbage in front of the property, barbeque wasn't operational for the first two days and water in all the taps was yellowish and we didn't had any water for one whole day. we had to spend a lot of time dealing with the issues with the property rather than enjoying our holiday. Also, it was really confusing to whom to deal with regarding the issues, there was a office infront of the property who claimed they dealt with it, than there was winning holiday who said they only marketed it and they are not responsible for whats written on airbnb regarding the amneities. Worst experience ever! Please beware while booking
