If your looking to stay close to the Romantic Zone, this is your place! We are located in the authentic Mexican neighborhood called El Remance. Not only is this area very safe and secure, it is literally a 3 min drive or a 15 min walk to one of the most popular parts of Puerto Vallarta. The nearest beach is also less than a 7 min drive. The apartment is simple and clean and has everything you could need for a short or long term stay. Both bedrooms have their own air conditioning unit for comfort. 1 bedroom has 2 double beds and the other bedroom has 1 double bed. (3 beds in total) There are 2 full bathrooms in total. The master bedroom has its own private bathroom and another general-purpose bathroom next to the living room, both bathrooms have electric showers for hot water. The living room is spacious with a large mirror and 2 sofas. 1 big sofa a 1 personal sofa. There is an exterior balcony that is just outside the main entrance door overlooking the street.
