Our stay at the hobbit hole was lovely. The host was incredibly communicative, if a question or issue came up they would respond quickly. We were there for 30 days and didn’t have any major issues. Though small in size, there was enough space to feel like there were separate areas in the place. The wifi was strong enough to also work in the back veranda which was beautiful, tiered, and spacious. The location was phenomenal, there were rentable scooters within a block or so, and public transit near by (contrary to popular belief, public transit is fine and safe in LA). Zip car rentals were also a 15-30 minute walk/bus ride away. It was easy to walk to lots of great places and hike/catch the free shuttle to Griffith park. The neighborhood was mostly quiet, though we could occasionally hear the foot steps of the people upstairs, but never impacted sleep. Kitchen was stocked with all the utensils/pots/gadgets to cook dinners. Shower is small, so it did require some hunching.

Me, wife, and dog stayed for 7 weeks. It was great. We were able to walk to everything, hit Griffith park easily, and never had any issues finding parking. We rebooked for next year

Great place for a "height-challenged" person. Lot of charm and thoughtful amenities. Wonderful neighborhood! I love its proximity to Griffith Park and really enjoyed the Los Feliz neighborhood.

We had a great time staying here for a month and a half and didn’t want to leave. We had everything we needed and more in the unit. Host is very helpful and responsive. It’s also in a wonderful neighborhood and we felt super safe. Thanks a million :)

Loved it here! Hosts are attentive and thoughtful- the place came fully stocked! The place had such cute charm and the biggest plus for us was the shared outdoor space. We stayed here to study for a national board exam and enjoyed being able to spend the time outdoors. Great neighborhood and always seemed to find parking right out front. The placed earned its name “Hobbit House” with a short shower- but it was all part of the fun! Location was in the center of everything- we were sad to leave!
