Nous étions trois couples dont deux avec deux enfants chacun et avons sélectionné cette villa car elle était l’une des rares à avoir une piscine sur Rosas et il était impératif pour nous avec nos 4 enfants qu’ils puissent bénéficier de vacances avec piscine. Sur l’annonce il était clairement indiqué que cette piscine était chauffée ce qui n’est pas le cas ( annonce changée depuis, l'hôte blâmant Airbnb !!). De plus, cette piscine n’avait pas été entretenu depuis longtemps, l’eau était verte, pleine de détritus, manquait un bon 30cm pour qu’elle soit à débordement comme indiqué. Un volet roulant d’une chambre ne fonctionnait pas non plus, laissant mes parents dans le noir toute la semaine. Dans l’ensemble villa mal entretenue, les baies vitrées sales, douches bouchées abimant le montant des portes, pas de poubelle en sdb..etc etc En bref, villa et vue magnifique, mais une prestation de service indigne d'un tel bien, propriétaires un conseil : changez d'agence immobilière asap.

10 heerlijke dagen gehad in deze prachtige Vila! Het uitzicht is waanzinnig mooi en hebben hier een enorm fijne tijd gehad.

The home is beautiful and the location is spectacular - so close to a beautiful beach. The house is great for a large group. But you are paying for the house itself, views and location and not much more. The provision of some small amenities (basics?) would go a long way; for example, the house has one garbage can (in the kitchen) - so that filled up rapidly, and having to trek there with garbage from throughout the house grew annoying pretty quickly. There was no hand soap. No beach or pool towels, and no extra bath towels (so couldn’t even use bath towels to take to the beach). The towels themselves were thin and worn, and the bedding was extremely spare. Also note the studio room has no AC, which is a real problem for whomever stays in that room as it gets quite hot - and unexpected, since the listing doesn’t specify this. On the other hand we had some issues that Rita addressed quickly like the dishwasher didn’t work and the comforters weren’t clean. She resolved them right away.

This was a completely stunning place to stay. Gorgeous views, and a ten minute walk to the beach. The house itself is modern and clean. Elegant and chic.

Fanastisch en adembenemend uitzicht over de zee. De woning ligt op een berg met een privé garage. Erg steil, dus voor minder mobiele mensen, lastig aan te lopen. Grote ruimtes en erg schoon, we hebben genoten!
