Never book this Apartment. This was one of the worst experience ever I had. They checked in other people , thinking it’s us and with out controlling and we had to wait outside with small kids with so cold weather at 11 pm at night. Then they offered another two rooms where everything was so messy and unhygienic. So we rejected it. I was so unsafe about the neighbours. They were under drugs and everything was chaotic. Mariya offered us another home in Vienna but we rejected it due to tiredness and we just wanted to rest,Mariya asked us to wait another 10 hours to get our old booked room. The kitchen is so small . And the utensils are limited. Overall experience is worst of worst.

Wir waren 2 Nächte dort und die wohnen war alt aber sauber. Die Gastgeberin war sehr sehr nett aber leider versteht sie kein Deutsch und Englisch. Der Mann, der ich mit ihm telefoniert habe war unfreundlich

Hin kommen hat super geklappt,konnten gleich ins Apartment,gute Verbindungen sind vorhanden. Es hat uns allen sehr gut gefallen ,wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Kommen gerne wieder

We are extremely disappointed to report on our stay at the …. We arrived from an international flight and following instructions provided by Maryia from the apartment. we tried to call both numbers provided- but there was no answer. Finally after many tries we reached via Whatsap a contact who sent us to call the first numbers again and was very unhelpful. When we reached the address we were greeted by a non English speaking employee who took us to an apartment that was nothing like the one we had ordered. The apartment was much less pleasant than we expected (walk up through smoking area, no double bed, small kitchen and no living space), much smaller than described. We spent a very uncomfortable night (including much noise from the street below). As the apartment received was not the apartment we booked and was altogether a bad experience.
