the check-in was easy and the receptionist very nice and helpful. The room is in the basement, so it didnt have a window, which I havent seen from the photos before. The air quickly became bad in the room but you cant change it really...The bathroom was dirty and moldy and its a bit awkward to have a window to the shower. The washing machine on the photo is broken and the kettle also didnt work

Lovely place to stay, great location, could be a bit cleaner as there is some dirt and mould in places but other than that i have nothing bad to say. great value for money and would stay again!

They are a beautiful group of people. And always helpful and flexible in all ways they can be! I would surely recommend staying here wheneveer you are in da lat! The room is spacious and has almost all amenities. Hà is beautiful and always helpful throughout the stay.
