A variety of problems: My room was smelly, probable mold from where the ceiling showed water damage. There was no outdoor ventilation in room except by leaving exterior door open which did not feel safe at night. There were loud speakers blasting with videogame noises in rooms adjacent to me in the early morning hours two of the nights. There was someone crashing in the kitchen on one of the nights. Someone went through my food in the refrigerator. The touchpad lock on the front door did not work one evening--fortunately a long-term resident was able to get hold of the owner for us to get in. The driveway was allowed by the owner to be blocked by a sewer truck for some 10-15 minutes one morning when I was trying to leave. The bathroom was in poor repair. Only a single towel was provided. There was no floor towel or drying mat in the bathroom, so the floor was often moist. On the positive side, it was inexpensive!
