Had a great couple of days at Caitlin’s place. Needed somewhere to stay with my two dogs while visiting my brother in Savannah. Place was great and having a large fenced in yard was awesome with the dogs. Caitlin even left a couple of local beers for the humans and some dog treats for my pups! Would stay again!

We enjoyed our stay! Caitlin’s place was so cute and cozy! Caitlin was very hospitable and even left us a few local brews to try. Super convenient location for a quick drive to downtown. I’d love to stay here again.

Caitlin was easy to work with and responsive. The home was decorated nicely and had the amenities as stated. The house did seem cheaply renovated and and had a couple of issues. There was a hole in the wall of the master bedroom, and the kitchen flooring was loose and poking up. But, when we reported them at the end of our stay, Caitlin thanked us and indicated they would fix them right away. She already knew about the hole. The backyard didn't have much grass and the furniture was too dirty to use. There was also a large stain on the ottoman. That being said, the rest of the house seemed very clean. I do think for the price, this is a fine place to stay. And the location is an easy 15 min drive to downtown.
