周围很安静，就是便利店距离有点远，出行很方便离电车站很近，唯一不太好的是其中有一个晚上邻居很吵，其他的都非常好，值得推荐

I don't use to give bad ratings, but I have to do it. First, although we were only 2 persons, the room is not fitted for 3 persons. You don't have enough place to easily open two luggages. If you want to sleep on the foldable bed, be aware that the mattress is really thin and uncomfortable. Next, the room wasn't clean at all. We found a lot of hairs on the floor. We even found a towel hanged behind the main room door, and this towel seems to be used. The cleaning is included in your payment but it wasn't done at all. And it seems to be a detail, but the room wasn't exactly as described on picture. In the room 101, the main bed didn't have a bed frame. The mattress was on the floor. Despite these inconvenients, we appreciate that the check-in and check-out can easily be done with the instructions. The location of the hotel is pretty good. Asakusa line and Ginza line are just above the bridge (5-8mns by walking). The neighborhood is quiet. The wash machine included was useful.

Host is actively replying in every concern. The room is clean and complete with bathroom and kitchen. No free WIFI provided and no elevator for ease of access. We were located at the 4th floor and it's really hard to carry medium and large luggage due to cramped up stairs. Other than that, everything is nice and clean. The neighborhood is also peaceful. Nearest train station is in Asakusa Sta. which is also near to the Sensoji Temple.
