Great place to stay with unique floor plan that offers both solitude and community living spaces. Can’t miss sun set options on the property , hit the hot tub or have a fire either location is prime viewing.

During the winter the upstairs garage is closed off and if you need to park extra cars up there you must walk down a hillside to get into the house. Not very safe. The home radiant heat didn’t keep up during a cold winter. The house was 60 degrees at points in time during our stay. The home needed more thorough cleaning. Hair and dirt in the shower stalls and kitchen had dirt around baseboards. Upstairs shower water temperature was stuck on very hot. It was not usable. Maybe things are better in the summer. Our stay was in February.

We had the best time in Beulah! We loved so much about this place - even the 39 steps it takes to get to the top floor, lol! It had the best gathering space for our group of 12. We were able to all hang out in the same space which is really nice. We enjoyed the amazing views as well as the hot tub. The kitchen was MORE than well equipped with everything you could possibly need. The only bad part about this whole weekend is that my husband may now have an addiction to Ms. Pac-Man. He played it so much his shoulder was starting to hurt, lol ;) We would definitely rent here again. Katy was extremely helpful and responsive too!

Katy is an excellent host. The home was beautiful, with beautiful surroundings. I was disappointed in the lack of flexibility for a late checkout, even though the home was not rented for at least 4 days after we left. We also had to do 4 to 5 loads of towels before leaving, which felt excessive given the $650 cleaning fee.

Absolutely loved our stay! Katy’s home was the perfect size for our group of 12. Very close to crystal mountain, which was the reason for our stay. We cannot wait to visit in the summer so we can enjoy the lake & other activities in the area. Thank you Katy!
