TL;DR : worst experience ever. Unhelpful and indecent host and support staff. No water in the house , shifted to a single room in another property with numerous dead ants on the floor and a pungent smell. Host and her support staff sitting in the hall with zero regards for privacy. Beware ! Had the most disappointing experience ever. I was travelling with a family of five including my grandmother. I chose this large place (4bhk) because of the glowing reviews and as I wanted to make it special for my family, even though we only had the night (post 10pm) and the morning (till 12) to enjoy the place. We just crashed in the night after the long drive and planed to wake up in the morning and check out the place and enjoy other things mentioned such as the nearby Ganga bank access. However when we woke up we discovered that there was not a single drop of water in the apartment. I asked the caretaker to fix it to which he replied it’s not his job and it will come in some time. When I called Pallavi he said they forgot to switch on the motor in the night. Pallavi then asked me to wait for 15 m but nothing changed. Later it was informed that the pipe was broken. At this point my grandmother started feeling very uneasy and started weeping. We also couldn’t go anywhere as we only wanted to visit the sacred places after taking a bath. It was very disheartening. At this point I ask Pallavi if she had an alternate property where we can shift to just get ready and leave for good as we weren’t in the mood any longer. She said you can come to where I am staying which is a 3bhk property. After arriving there the staff member told me very threateningly all rooms are occupied and only 1 room is accessible. The kitchen was used and very stinking. At this point we just wanted to leave and not in the frame of mind to debate. So 5 of us holed up in a single room. This was so embarrassing for me where despite me booking a 4bhk apartment 5 of us were in a single room with not enough place to sit. Pallavi and her staff were sitting downstairs. Things like privacy seemed too far-fetched by this point to even demand. The single room which was graciously given to us was filled with dead ants on the floor and in the washroom. When we ordered for breakfast half the things weren’t available which the support staff told us in the most crudest way possible. Pallavi was least considerate telling us this can happen at your homes as well. A really bitter experience and a complete contrast to what we saw written on the front door - “sukoon” which is Urdu for relief.

One of the best property in Rishikesh. Located in a very peaceful and serene location. We requested for late night check-in and our request was accomodated by the host. The property is equipped with all the luxuries that you can expect in a hotel. The major usb is the view from the terrace of maa ganga and mountains and the freedom to roam around the entire villa. Have a very nice and green garden right opposite to the property. This place has vibes trust me on that. We were the group of friends and we've enjoyed each bit of our stay Has inhouse games like Foosball table, poker, books, playing cards. Basic kitchen amenities to use incase required. All 4 rooms were really spacious and beautifully decorated. We thanks to the host for giving us a memorable stay. It was indeed pleasure to spend good time here. Love you iTvara and we will come back soon

Location - property is located in a nice & quiet locality in Rishikesh. Ram Jhula & Janaki bridge are approx. 15 minutes walk and Laxman Jhula is approx. 40 minutes walk(steep downhill path while going). Nearest restaurant is approx. 7 minutes walk from the property. Rooms - well appointed large bedrooms and bathrooms with all the required amenities including ACs. There is only one bedroom, kitchen & living room on the ground floor and other 3 bedrooms are located on level 1 & 2. So it can be a challenge for elderly persons or people with injuries who cannot climb stairs. Food - There is an inhouse cook (Satish) who can cook all meals but only vegetarian options are available. Note that this inhouse cook takes long time to cook a meal (on an average 90 minutes) Food quality is excellent though. Host - Pallavi is a superhost. She is very clear in her communication and helped us in every way she could.

Pallavi's Itvara villa is really amazing....the terrace has a beautiful Ganga view...the bedrooms were very spacious and the sitting area and dining was also quite nice decorated and the entire place had a very homely atmosphere....it is close to Rishikesh tourist places
