We recently stayed at this spacious house with a wonderful pool. Overall, the cleanliness was above and beyond. However, we encountered several issues during our stay. The dishwasher was broken and despite reporting it, no one came to fix it. Additionally, the fridge wasn't cooling properly, which was quite inconvenient. It took multiple communications to get a small dorm-sized fridge brought in as a temporary solution. Furthermore, the amenities provided were lacking for a group of our size (10 people). We were only provided with a couple of rolls of toilet paper, two laundry detergent pods, and four trash bags, among other small inconveniences. Guests should budget for these items when planning their stay. Despite these issues, we enjoyed our time at the house and appreciated its spaciousness and the lovely pool. However, we hope that the management will take steps to address these concerns for future guests.

The house itself was fine, but I had a poor experience with Vacasa management. We paid extra for the pool to be heated, but upon arrival the pool was cold. It turned out that an issue with the pool heater was causing the breaker to trip each time the pool heat came on. Vacasa was not able to rectify this issue during our stay, and management refused to fully refund what I paid to heat the pool even though we were never able to enjoy the pool over the course of our 3 day stay. This is quite disappointing because we would not have booked this property if we knew the pool would be cold. I wouldn't hesitate to book this property again if the pool heater was working, but I won't do business with Vacasa again after experiencing how they treat their guests after check out.

Pool and Outdoor layout were great. Bathroom access from pool and large kitchen made a great experience for large families and kids to come and go and have a great time.
