I rented the entire house for my coworkers and I to attend a conference downtown, and it was a great "home base." There was plenty of space for us and offered privacy, was very clean, and in a quiet neighborhood but still being about ~10 minutes from the convention center. Having the ability to hang out in the hot tub after a long day was a huge bonus too!

Great place to stay with a large group.

A great, large place if you have a group- we were a group of almost 20, and it was plenty roomy. As others have said, there are three distinct areas in the house, and while they can connect through the basement suite, it does feel like you are staying in three separate places. Not a problem for us since we were gone most of the days, but just be aware. The hot tub of course is great, and the location is convenient and easy to find. We were very happy with our stay there.

Would highly recommend this for any big families or teams looking to feel like your home away from home. Lot of space so everyone can relax comfortably beds for good night sleep. Everything was great no complaints! Thanks for being available for sure will look into the same place every time we travel to Anchorage!
