This was a very last minute booking on behalf of a colleague of mine who'd been let down on check-in day by a local hotel. I found Proscovia's place and messaged her to explain, she was friendly and helpful and welcomed our booking. She was there to greet us when I dropped my colleaue off and showed him around. He was very satisfied with his stay, and although there are other rooms he had the whole place to himself which as a bonus! He enjoyed the large living room and bedroom, both of which were very clean, and would happily stay here again.

My second stay here and I doubt my last, as long as I'm working in the area, or indeed should I need to be down in this part of the world for more than a day for any other reason, I'd certainly be looking to see if Proscovia's flat was available. Proscovia is friendly and responds quickly to messages/calls, so no trouble communicating and the flat is roomy, with use of the communal lounge which is light and airy and has a view of the sea from the dining table bay window. There is ample seating in the bedroom and a small table though, should you wish for more privacy, although I was the sole guest whilst there, so had the flat to myself, including the lounge and kitchen.

Proscovia was responsive immediately the booking was confirmed. Kept in touch throughout the stay, replying to messages usually within the hour, often instantly. The flat is roomy, use of shared living room and kitchen is available. I made use of the kitchen to keep food fresh for work, as my stay was for nearby work. The living room also has a sea view if you sat at the dining table in the bay window, which was very pleasant. The ensuite in the actual rented room is a good size, with a walk in shower, basin and loo. Body wash and shampoo was provided, as well as towels. A kettle with tea, coffee, crockery and cutlery were also provided in the room and more than ample wardrobe storage. A large sofa, chair and small dining table and two chairs are also in the spacious room. The bed is also large and comfy. It was very quiet too, as I was sleeping during the day between night shifts. For me, this accommodation was ideal and couldn't have been easier to communicate with Proscovia.

Proscovia has been very patient and kind as I booked the accommodation for my husband and our daughter and they have had some troubles. Sorry for the chaos with them and thank you.
