We love the LOCATION: - perfectly positioned in the heart of Mulwala. - Next door is the very swanky Blacksmith Provedore (Bar, Pizzeria and Provedore, offering some of the regions finest ingredients, foods and wines Boasting 3 queen beds, this is the perfect property for 6 guests – great for a family getaway, a girls weekend away, or a great place for a golfing group. Property Features: - Nespresso coffee machine - Dishwasher - Split system heating / cooling - Spacious bathroom with separate toilet - Plenty of built in wardrobe space - Both bedrooms have 30inch TVS, in addition to the 47 inch lounge room TV - Netflix and Wi-Fi - Please note the garage is currently not available for guest use. All quality bed linen and bath towels are provided. Please supply your own beach towels. A starter kit of coffee, tea, sugar and basic pantry items are provided. Great location, comfy beds, modern, nice outdoor area to have a BBQ
great location to all needs. very clean & well maintained unit. we would recommend staying here. we enjoyed our stay & would come back again. our hosts communicated very quickly & were very helpful.
It was a lovely air BNB! comfortable beds and air-conditioning in all rooms. Kitchen was well stocked with essentials, as well as BBQ. Checking in and out was easy with clear instructions.
What a wonderful place to stay. A very short walk (50 metres) to the lake made lunchtime picnics a priceless experience. The unit was exactly as promised. Sparklingly lovely in all aspects. It is a true gem and a great place to stay. Its modern, contemporary design made it a relaxing and luxurious place to stay.

Perfectly positioned on the edge of Lake Mulwala, you can easily walk into Mulwala to the Bakery, Butchers, Wine Bar, Clubs, Pubs, Supermarket, Golf Course, Pizza Parlour, Chinese Restaurant and Tun-za-fun (to name a few).
Alternatively, if you want to stretch your legs, Yarrawonga is only 3km away with a great walking track.
Yarrawonga, Mulwala and surrounds have a local taxi service and each Club and some Pubs offer courtesy buses.
Otherwise, walk! You are in a great location with great walking paths
