Anne was an amazing host and her place was great. It was clean, comfortable, and SO spacious. Everything was well-appointed and thoughtful and there were helpful notes around. as well. I loved that the windows allow for a lot of natural light, but that there were also blackout shades for sleeping and privacy. It was never too loud even though it's not far from the train. I often heard birds singing outside the window, which was a calming bonus. Lastly, it was also so easy to access the train. I would definitely stay there again if I went to New York City!

Amazing value as it feels like you have your own ground floor flat. Anne gives very clear instructions and there are lots of nice touches like tea/coffee and shampoo left. My only negative is unfortunately there us a very strong dusty/musty/old smell that hits you at the door. I tried leaving windows open all day and it helped but the smell never left. Im asthmatic so i didnt find this smell comfortable. Perhaps its just the age of the building and cant be helped but it is very strong.

Super séjour ! La chambre est propre, au calme et on dispose de tout le nécessaire pour un séjour (frigo, vaisselle, thé, café). La chambre est a proximité de la ligne J qui va directement à Manhattan. C'était parfait !

We had a wonderful stay. Anne was a really great host and the accommodation was as described on the listing. Everything was so good. You had the mini-coffee station where you have the microwave, the kettle (sugar, coffee, tea, ecc. included) and the mini fridge which allows you to have a quickly breakfast at home. The private bathroom is provided with everything you could need: towel, shampoo, body shower, conditioner, hair dryer and outside the bathroom you could find a little table with some other useful thing such as umbrellas, perfume and body lotion and so on… Anne was super helpful and even let us leave our baggage since we had a late flight. The bed was pretty comfortable and even the A/C was so powerful. The location is near the J lines which takes you to the center city in 30 minutes, more or less. The neighborhood is pretty cozy and we feel safe even at 9pm. Thank you Anne! ;)
