My family and I have came to Holden Beach for many, many years and usually book through the local realty agencies. Every place we've stayed at was either booked up or waaaay too expensive for us. I came across this listing, and the price was perfect for our budget! The house had a cabin-like feel to it, and it was very cozy! Everything as far as utilities and bed linens were provided that was needed for a week's stay. The beds were soft and comfortable. I just wish there were TV's in the bedrooms as well, but it wasn't a big deal for us. The sweet lady that stays downstairs was very friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. We also enjoyed daily visits from "Noel" the kitty! Check-in and check-out was easy, and overall, we enjoyed our stay! We all agreed that would definitely stay here again! Thank you for allowing us to stay at your cozy little house!

We loved our stay in Holden Beach. The photos show exactly what you’re getting with this little beach rental. Checkin was easy, but different - check in with Costal Vacation at a different building/address, but it’s right on the way as you get off the bridge. As long as you arrive at/after your checkin time, it super easy and quick to get your keys. Bedsheets were in a bag in the rental near the front door, but we used our own sheets (blankets provided). Beds were comfortable enough. You’ll definitely need your own shower/beach towels and TP/paper towels. There are a couple hand towels in a cabinet in the kitchen which is pretty stocked. The place is on the second floor with outdoor steps leading up to the deck - the views are great and you can hang out and watch the ocean through the dunes. You are steps away from (located directly on) the beach, which is super convenient. The female resident who lives below the rental is extremely nice and helpful. We’ll be back for sure!

Everything exactly as advertised. There's a property carer living downstairs who is absolutely warm and welcoming. The rental office could take a lessonin hospitality though. Don't try to pick up your keys even a min early, they will make you wait in the lobby until the exact pickup time. The sheets they rent are very basic and felt kind of scratchy, if you're sensory or just like quality bedding definitely bring your own. This feedback is really about the managementAll the rest was great. company tha runs the pace and not the place itself, which was cozy and wonderful. All the rest was great. We enjoyed our stay!
