Overall, the house is just lovely. It's all on one floor - very accessible. The outside space is truly beautiful. It is evident the owner takes great pride in their space and works had to maintain the flowers, plants and overall feel of the space. The neighborhood is nice with a lovely pool. No sidewalks to walk, however. Very close to grocery stores, shopping, and activities. Host was very kind and responsive.

Nice and clean, but in need of some rethinking here. Certainly more expensive than merited for the quality of the property. Coffee maker did not work properly and required hands on repair. Bathrooms were good, but the mats outside the showers are dangerously slippery and require rubber or adhesive bottoms. Water was warm and the area was generally quiet. Nobody can rake leaves in the neighborhood. There are no sidewalks and the streets are narrow, so drive to walk somewhere for exercise. Dishwasher and washer/dryer work well and are mainly used for cleaning up before departing. No contact during the 4-5 day stay to just advise about issues. Interesting concept of a for profit investment company managing a property of this sort; this seems to come with a less personal touch, relatively poor quality and functionality of furniture; decor OK. AND higher than anticipated price to value ratio. Bluffton HAS RECYCLING, but no receptacle for recycling evident.
